Service Description

This course covers all the required material for you to complete your SPO RENEWAL certification and is taught by certified MPCTC instructors. The course is entirely online and is 12 hours. You must attend every session in order to complete the approved training course. You must have a web camera and be present during each training session. This course covers much more than what is required; however, all required objectives will be covered. At the conclusion, upon passing, you will be issued a certificate of completion.

Cancellation Policy

This course is NON-REFUNDABLE once you book. If you cannot make the course due to a personal or professional conflict, you must alert us at least 48 hours in advance of the course starting. In the event that you advise us 48 hours prior to the course that you will not attend, you may rebook the course for the next available session at no additional cost. If you do not attend the course without notice or drop off the course, you will lose the course fee. Additionally, if you cannot stay awake during the course, you will be dismissed from the course, and your fees will not be refunded. You must attend the course on time. Failure to enter the course within ten minutes of the course starting may result in your dismissal from the course. Additional rules for attendees: 1. You may not eat during the course OR perform any other activity other than related to learning; you can drink non-alcoholic liquids. There will be breaks for lunch and every hour or so. 2. You must pay attention to the instructor, you cannot be gaming on another device, texting, talking on the phone, or performing another function that is not related to the course. You must be awake the entire time. Falling asleep results in your dismissal from the course with no refund. 3. You must complete the exams. Failure to complete the exams or not passing the exams will cause you to be dismissed from the course. Each exam must be passed with an 80% or better. 4. You must know how to use Zoom and know how to sign in on a Zoom session. You must have an internet speed capable of supporting the Zoom meeting. If you do not know how to attend via Zoom, you are highly encouraged to log in in advance and get familiar with the application, making sure your camera and microphone work. We cannot troubleshoot Zoom for you. If you have a problem with Zoom you must contact their tech support. 5. You must be on camera or in person for the entire course.
